Product Description

Two-Station jar mill, designed for efficient grinding of metal powders in the laboratory

Two-Station Jar Mill

The Rolling Ball Mill is a type of powder milling equipment designed for ultra-fine grinding and mixing in laboratory settings and small batch production. Also known as a rolling ball mill with multiple working positions, it is an ideal tool for scientific research, education, experiments, and production due to its elegant and modern design, compact structure, ease of operation, high efficiency, and uniform granularity.

🔄

Working Principle

When the machine operates, the grinding media and the materials within the cylinder are rotated to a specific height. Due to gravity, they then fall down along the tube wall. This process crushes the materials through the impact of the grinding media, as well as through the friction and shear forces generated by the rolling and sliding of the grinding media. This method not only saves time and labor but also makes operation straightforward.

🏭

Applications

The Roll Jar Mill is primarily used in industries such as electronics, magnetic materials, biological medicine, ceramic glazes, metal powders, non-metallic minerals, and new materials, among others.
