The Four-Station Tank Grinder Can Be Operated Either Intermittently or Continuously, Providing Flexible Grinding Options for Laboratory Applications
The Rolling Ball Mill is specialized powder milling equipment engineered for ultra-fine grinding and mixing, suitable for laboratory use as well as small-scale batch production. Often referred to as a multi-position rolling ball mill, it serves as an excellent choice for scientific research, teaching, experimental work, and small production runs.
This equipment is widely used in various industries, including electronic materials, magnetic materials, biological medicine, ceramic glaze, metal powder, nonmetallic minerals, and the development of new materials. The mill features an optimal rotational speed design, where the mill jar is rotated by rubber rollers.
When the machine operates, the grinding media and the materials within the cylinder are rotated to a specific height. Due to gravity, they then fall down along the tube wall. This process crushes the materials through the impact of the grinding media, as well as through the friction and shear forces generated by the rolling and sliding of the grinding media.
